Teachers do so much for our kids every day of the week. From lesson planning, so classroom designing, and the ever-present task of exercising incredible patience, care, and acceptance of our kids, teachers are pretty much the best. So, this winter it’s time to offer up a little bit of thanks to those men and women who warm the hearts and minds of our kids with something that will warm the bodies of the educators – Dunkin Donuts® coffee from Walmart.

Walmart even has special seasonal flavors for the holidays (Ummm, hello White Chocolate Peppermint- where have you been my whole life?)! We happen to know that our teacher is a fan of Original Blend and of French Vanilla from Dunkin’ Donuts® at Walmart, so we grabbed a box of each for her. Right now, you can even save $1.00 off via Ibotta on Dunkin’ Donuts® Coffee exclusively at Walmart.

We have been so fortunate that our little one has amazing teachers year after year. There are days when we send the happiest kid on the planet out the door to school, and there are days when what we send to school has a scowl and a growl, but her teachers never fail to keep her day enjoyable and usually manage to send her back home with a collection of new facts, stories, and a smile.

While it isn’t really possible to give a gift that shows what a big difference the teachers make, it is completely possible to send a gift of appreciation and gratitude. Thanks to Dunkin’ Donuts® we have managed to put together a nice gift pack for our own favorite 4th Grade teacher to let her know that we are so thankful that she is on our team this year. It’s easy peasy – a cute Christmas mug, some Dunkin’ Donuts®, a peppermint spoon, and voila – you have a cute little gift.  Wrap up an extra box of Dunkin’ Donuts® coffee and you are all set with #DunkinToTheRescue!

I know how hard it is to watch the kids leave home and head off to school every day – it’s like a piece of your heart has taken a walk and left the remainder of your body to wander around until 3:30! So being able to know that our scholar is in great and caring hands makes that separation way more doable for us and for her.

It doesn’t have to be a huge thing – Dunkin’ Donuts® is super affordable at Walmart – but if you are able, send something along to the professionals that keep our kids safe, happy, and prepared for the upcoming challenges of the second half of the school year. Walmart has a variety of flavors, roasts and seasonal items, so you will definitely find something great to express your gratitude this season!

How do you show the teachers or other special people in your life that you care this holiday season?
