Did you have a great spring weekend? We did. Grilling season is almost here! In food related news, May is Celiac Awareness month. As such, I’ve included a couple of gluten-free recipes. This week is National Raisin Week. Which raisins are your favorite, dark or golden? I like them both. And, last but certainly not least, Eat What You Want Day falls on May 11.
