I can’t believe May is flying by so quickly. We’re halfway through Celiac Awareness month, and for that I’ve included a few more gluten-free recipes. Do you like chocolate chips? Well, be sure not to miss Wednesday May 15, which is National Chocolate Chip Day is May 15. And Friday May 17 is National Pizza Party Day.
