If you’ve had a child (or even if you haven’t), chances are pretty decent that you have experienced LBL.  What is LBL?  Light bladder leakage – you know – a little leak triggered by things like sneezing, exercise, or laughing.

LBL is caused by many reasons, and the reasons are different for every woman, but some common causes include physical changes from childbirth, pregnancy, hysterectomy or menopause, being overweight, complications from surgery, stroke, or chronic diseases like diabetes, multiple sclerosis (MS) or Parkinson’s disease, bladder or urinary tract infections, or bladder irritants (certain foods and beverages).

If you suffer from LBL, you deserve the best options possible to manage it!  That is why Poise has created new Thin-Shape pads that feature Super Absorbent Material (SAM) and a Thin-Flex design, which is 3x drier than period pads, which many women mistakenly use to protect against LBL!  Poise Thin-Shape pads are MADE for LBL – so why would you skip such an easy choice?

Once you’ve tried Poise Thin-Shape pads, my guess is you will be ready to recycle your period pad.  In order to help you do that, we came up with a nifty idea that you can use to get rid of all of those period pads you won’t need anymore!

I know I spend a TON on disposable floor cleaner refills – they are soo convenient, but they don’t necessarily clean my whole floor – so I came up with a fun way for the kids to help clean the floor, using  period pads and flip flops!

This is pretty easy guys – just flip your shoes over, stick the pads to the bottom, spray your floor with clean solution, and do a dance across your floor because you don’t need to use period pads for LBL anymore – you have Poise Thin-Shape pads!

Ok, so I’m being a little silly here, but  the point is is that there is a better way to manage your LBL than your period pads – Poise Thin-Shape pads give you the protection you need without the bulk of a period pad!  Try them today!

Hi, the period pads clean really well. I tried them on my Swifter-type mop. It isn’t a Swifter, but same concept. They really got up cat hair. I am on the same campaign. It is my first time. :)
