I have a love hate relationship with working out. I love how I feel after I have completed the workout but getting started is a whole other story. Just the thought of working out sometimes makes me need a nap but I know it will improve both my physical and mental health. So I began a search to find a workout that would get me pumped up instead of leave me passing out.
I wanted a workout that would be both effective and easy to follow but was having a hard time finding these two important factors combined. I know it sounds crazy because when you hear workout the last thing you think of is it being easy but I was determined to find something that I would actually stick with.
Through all of my searching I found the 3-IN-1 Kettlebell with Swing yourself fit total body workout dvd.
I love this workout!
It really combines easy to follow instructions, easy to use equipment, a fun workout instructor, and a sweat pouring, fat burning, muscle aching workout that will leave you feeling proud when finished!
I felt like I was right there with Gin as she motivated and guided me through this workout. She made it fun and when it was hard she reassured me and I knew I could get through it. The timer in the corner during the workout made me feel as though I was really making progress and gave me that extra push I needed to finish the entire workout.
I felt like I was doing everything correctly and when I started to feel unsure it was at that same moment that Gin would give a reminder to ensure a proper stance. My favorite part of the whole workout is the 3 in 1 kettlebell. What a genius idea to include several different weights in one easy to store product! I love that I can use a lighter weight for upper body, a medium weight for my core, and a heavy weight for my lower body. The different weights help target each trouble zone and allows me to customize my workout.
The best part is how easy it is to change the weights, just click & twist. In just seconds, even during your workout you can go from 5lbs to 8lbs to 12lbs! It really is that easy!
