Have you ever found a product that is enjoyed by kids of all ages? Well, I think that the LEGO watches certainly fit that bill. I grew up with LEGO as did all my siblings and the next generation is just as into LEGO as we were at their ages. My son has might even be called a LEGO fanatic! He’s done just about all of the various builds out there so when we saw the LEGO watches we knew it was something that had to be checked out!
The Superheroes series of watches are great fun for little guys and gals. These cover the gamut of the favorite heroes as well as villains. So depending upon your mood you can be Batman one day or the Joker the next! The DC Universe Super Heroes Batman minifigure watch by LEGO comes in three parts. The parts are pretty simple to put together, so all of you who are all thumbs do not have to worry. You will be able to put this watch together.
What’s fun with the LEGO watch collection is that there is something for the little kids, big kids and kids at heart to enjoy. In the usual LEGO style, they’ve got just about all of the kids favorites covered. I mean seriously – there’s the Superheroes collection like this pic shows. Then there are Star Wars collection which even has my favorite C3PO on one of the watches! They’ve also come out with a great group of LEGO kids watches from the LEGO movie. Emmet and Wyldstyle are just two movie characters to now show up on a watch. Honestly wishing that I could have added one of these to my little son’s Easter basket this year.
For the bigger kids (up to adult), there are some really fun LEGO watches! A bit subtler than the younger kid styles, these work for older kids to adults. The colors are still fun, they are solid and not likely to break easily. My thirteen year old thought that the blue one with a splash of yellow around the watch face was a perfect fit for him and his school colors. I know some of his friends at school were checking it out and wanting to see where it came from.
LEGO can always be counted on to come up with something fun to smile about. These LEGO kids watches are a new twist on their classic style. I think I just might have to get one for myself!
So, if you could get a LEGO watch for a child in your life? Which one would you choose?
