Lunch: Caesar Salad

Snack: Sugar Free Candy

Dinner: Turkey Burger, lettuce & tomato 

Dessert: Ice Cream (fat-free/low-fat)

Friday Meal Plan

Breakfast: Waffles with fruit

Lunch: BLT

Snack: Boiled Eggs

Dinner: Shrimp Scampi with whole wheat pasta

Dessert: Butterscotch Pudding (Jell-O Sugar Free)

Saturday Meal Plan

Breakfast: Sausage & Cheese English Muffin

Lunch: Tuna (salad or sandwich – WW sandwich bread)

Snack: Fruit

Dinner: Pork Tenderloin

Dessert: Fruit Parfait

Sunday Meal Plan

Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie

Lunch: Ranch Chicken Pita

Snack: Apples with Peanut Butter

Dinner: Chili (Turkey instead of ground beef)
