Monday Meal Plan: January 21 – 27

C’est la Vi! 

That’s the encouragement I’ve given myself this week while John eats fast food and pizza. C’est la Vi. I can’t control him; I only have control over myself – but I do have control.I’d be lying if I said it isn’t tempting to get off track. I’d also be lying if I said I didn’t cheat a little and eat some Funyuns.  But, again, I say C’est la Vi. Tomorrow’s another day and I’m jazzing up this week’s meal plan with food that is full of flavor hoping it will curb the cravings.

On a side note I’m down another 6 pounds! So, without further ado, my Meal Plan for January 21 – 27Monday Meal Plan

Monday Meal Plan

Breakfast: Raisin Bran Cereal

Lunch: Smoked Turkey Breast & Provolone Wrap

Snack: Crackers & Cheese

Dinner: Chicken Nuggets & Potato Chips (yes, really!)

Dessert: Chocolate Chip Cookies (Weight Watchers – 1 point)

 

Tuesday Meal Plan

Breakfast: Bacon, Egg & Cheese “Muffin”

Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad

Snack: Nuts (Almonds)

Dinner: Low Fat Beef Stroganoff 

Dessert: Fruit with Cool Whip Free

 

Wednesday Meal Plan

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs with cheese & fruit on the side

Lunch: Yogurt

Snack: Caesar Salad

Dinner: Salmon with rice pilaf & asparagus

Dessert: Pineapple Cake
