Friday Meal Plan

Breakfast: Oatmeal

Lunch: Tomato Soup with Triscuits 

Snack: Popcorn

Dinner:  Whole wheat pasta & (no sugar added) sauce. Side salad optional

Dessert: Peanut Butter Cookies

 

Saturday Meal Plan

Breakfast: Whole Grain Cereal (I’m going with Cheerios Banana Nut)

Lunch: PB&J on 60 cal wheat bread

Snack: 1 ounce of nuts

Dinner:  Turkey (or veggie) burgers and salad

DessertCarrot Cake

 

Sunday Meal Plan

Breakfast: {Turkey} Bacon, Egg & Cheese English Muffin

Lunch: Free for all

Snack: Yogurt with Fresh Fruit

Dinner: Roasted Chicken with new potatoes

Dessert: Blueberry Pie with Gluten-Free Crust

    I really like Thursday’s dinner, Tilapia sauteed with cherry tomatoes and green beans. I need to try and just plan weekly, it’s too much work to plan an entire month’s worth like I have been doing. Thanks for sharing your menu, it’s given me a lot of great ideas.
