Wednesday Meal Plan

Breakfast:  Peach Bran Muffins

Lunch: Tuna Salad

Snack: Laughing Cow® wedges

Dinner: Crock Pot Pork Chops

Dessert: Hot chocolate mousse

 

Thursday Meal Plan

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs and Cheese with diced ham

Lunch: Shrimp Cocktail

Snack: Apple wedges with peanut butter

Dinner:  Tilapia sauteed with cherry tomatoes and green beans

Dessert: Sugar Free Fudge Pop

    I really like Thursday’s dinner, Tilapia sauteed with cherry tomatoes and green beans. I need to try and just plan weekly, it’s too much work to plan an entire month’s worth like I have been doing. Thanks for sharing your menu, it’s given me a lot of great ideas.
