Friday Meal Plan

Breakfast: Whole Grain Cereal (I’m going with Cheerios Banana Nut)

Lunch: Chicken or Tuna Salad

Snack: Popcorn

Dinner:  Braised Short Ribs and Mediterranean Vegetable Bake

Dessert: SF Popsicle 

Saturday Meal Plan

Breakfast: Red Velvet Waffles with LF/SF syrup

Lunch: Ham, Turkey or Veggie Pita

Snack: Yogurt with Fresh Fruit

Dinner:  Turkey (or veggie) burgers & Sweet Potato Fries

Dessert: Mocha Chocolate Mug Cake (seriously!)

Sunday Meal Plan

Breakfast: {Turkey} Bacon, Egg & Cheese English Muffin

Lunch: 2 Hard boiled Eggs

Snack: Apple wedges with 1 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter

Dinner:  Chicken (or eggplant) Parmesan 

DessertChocolate-Cherry Heart Smart Cookies
