Breakfast: Vegan Blueberry Buckwheat Pancakes with LF/SF syrup.

Lunch: Caesar Salad

Snack: 15 almonds

Dinner: Pork Tenderloin accompanied by Cranberry sauce with Tangerines & Walnuts

Dessert: Berries & LF/SF Cool Whip

 

Tuesday Meal Plan

Breakfast: French Toast w/ scrambled eggs

Lunch: Tofu Chicken Nuggets

Snack: Cheese Stick

DinnerAmish baked chicken. Substituting whole wheat flour & chicken breast for thighs would make this healthy and delicious!

Dessert: No Sugar Added Fudge Pop
