Achieving the Impossible – #IHeartOmron Challenge Week 3 #Mamavation

Losing weight at a steady pace used to seem impossible. I’d lose weight, but gain it all back within a couple of weeks. Talk about discouraging. But now I’m achieving the impossible. I’m losing this weight and it’s rewarding to see these pounds melting off now. Rewarding and a tad unbelievable.

I move my scale to different rooms in the house, I put weights on it just to make sure it’s accurate. It’s so hard to believe I’ve lost 32 pounds already!  But I have. I’m succeeding in an area where all I’ve done is fail in the past. And I’m doing it with one of my new-found features. A little something called determination. Omron-Badge-e1358879558554

Determined to be healthy, more active and eat better. Who knew that was all it took? Well – actually that’s not the only thing driving me. I’m also being driven by the Mamavation community and watching the numbers climb on my Pedometer from Omron Fitness. Reaching a minimum of 10,000 steps is my daily goal – often times exceeded.

Using the incredible fat melting workout provided by @MrBookieBoo has made me feel muscles I didn’t know were there. I’m actually seeing a difference that isn’t just on the scale. I can see my ankle bones (big deal for me) and my face has slimmed down quite a bit as well. This is the longest I’ve stuck to a weight loss plan and the most success I’ve had for one. It’s crazy because I used to think I had to follow one of those crazy programs to be successful – nope!

So, what about you? Are you sticking to your New Year’s Resolution to lose weight? If so how’s your progress so far?

This post is sponsored by Omron Fitness as a collaboration with Bookieboo Blogging Networkand Mamavation – a community dedicated to weight loss for women and obesity prevention for families.  I was provided with product and compensation for my time and honest opinions.
