
Sometimes you don’t have time to create an elaborate meal. Other times you just don’t feel like slaving in the kitchen for hours. Here’s a quick and easy dinner that will please even the pickiest eaters. The beauty of this Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo is you only need 2 pieces of cookware: a casserole dish and a pot to cook the pasta. The entire meal takes only 35 minutes from start to finish!
You Need:
1 bag of frozen broccoli florets
4 – 6 breaded chicken patties
1 jar of Alfredo Sauce
1 box of linguine (or other pasta)
How to Make Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
- Layer the broccoli in the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Lay the Chicken Patties on top
- Spread half of the Alfredo Sauce over the chicken patties.
- Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
- At the 20 minute mark start boiling water and prepare your pasta.
- Drain pasta once it’s al dente and toss with remaining Alfredo Sauce.
- Serve chicken and broccoli over pasta..
