My absolute favorite thing about winter is the abundance of Peppermint flavored food & beverages. I love all things peppermint, so when I realized I could make these Peppermint Mocha Chocolate Truffles at home I was super excited.

Who would have thought these delicious truffles could be made using coffee creamer? Certainly not me! This was my very first time making truffle, but these Peppermint Mocha Chocolate Truffles came out to be just delightful. I’m sure there’s a way to improve or alter this recipe to make it even better. If you have any suggestions for that I’m all ears. Peppermint Mocha Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Peppermint Mocha Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients	Directions
1 Cup Peppermint Mocha Creamer 7 oz. Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 12 oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips 6 oz. Dark Chocolate 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract Coating (cocoa powder, toasted coconuts, toasted nuts, crushed peppermint etc..)	Heat Chocolate, Creamer and Condensed Milk on low until completely melted. Stirring often. Remove from heat and transfer to large bowl. Stir in the vanilla extract. Refrigerate for 2 – 3 hours or until set. When set, use an ice cream scoop to scoop chocolate and roll into balls. Roll the balls into the coating of your choice. Serve immediately.
