I am not much of a gardener … well, in the sense that I don’t like to do much when it comes to gardening. I like to just plant seeds, and walk away. I don’t want to weed, or have to do much more then harvest at that point. But my mom is a great gardener. She can grow anything, and it grows huge, beautiful, and with what seems like minimal effort on her part.
Because of my “plant it and forget it” mentality, seed bombs are perfect for me.
What is a Christmas seed bomb, you ask? Well, it is my new obsession that I have been telling everyone about.
Made out of red, white, and green compostable paper that is packed with wildflower seeds, Christmas Seed Bombs holiday themed balls are just my style. They come packed in a cute little bag with my gardening motto on it — “THROW n’ GROW” — because that is all you do. You just toss the seed bomb balls wherever you want beautiful wild flowers, and in a few weeks, they will be there! The wildflower balls contain a huge variety of seeds including Bird’s Eye, Clarkia, Black Eyed Susan (my favorites!!), Sweet Alyssum, English Daisy, Catchfly and Snap Dragon seeds.
I really wish it wasn’t winter so that I could plant them – I am really excited to see all of the flowers in bloom!!
