I received a package today for baby Jillian and I couldn’t contain myself… I had to show you. I’m not supposed to do a “review” on these until after she arrives (very soon), but because I was so impressed, I wanted to give you a little sneak peek anyway!
Are you ready for the cutest thing I’ve seen since babylegs and girly cloth diaper covers?….
ToeBlooms! Oh my goodness (In my best young Shirley Temple voice)! I’m in love and so are my oldest daughters. My 10 year old wants to buy Jillian more of these with her own money!

I received a pair of Strappy Toeblooms called “Shimmer“. I selected these because I am still a little nervous about the “Blooms” with my, soon to arrive, little one.
They have carefully placed a disclaimer card on their packages. This tells me that they are taking every step possible to prevent an accidental hazard for your child, but understand that an accident can happen, and you too should be aware.
“Made here in the USA“… we all know I LOVE that! But I was equally interested in how the concept came about. A friend of my shrieked at the idea “Why would I want a bunch of ribbon tied around her feet?… that’s crazy”… well
When the founder’s daughter was a little one, she learned that shoes could restrict the growth of her little girl’s feet. She still wanted to dress her up, but didn’t like the sound of that. This is when she came up with the concept of ToeBlooms. They offer two options for securing them: “Blooming Toes (which loop around the toe) and Blooming Wraps (which wrap around the foot).” – I think they are genius.
They are beautifully crafted. I can’t imagine sewing something that tiny. I think you’d feel like you were making doll clothes… As you can see from this close-up, the stitching is perfect and the tag/logo on the back is even cute! (They do flip up like a shirt tag in case you wish to remove them – I wouldn’t, but you could if that was your preference.)
I can’t wait to try these little cuties on Jillian. Jasmine says “She is going to have the best dressed feet in the whole hospital!”
