Tonight’s dessert was a very rich and very yummy brownie topped with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough – yum! I cannot stress enough how rich this is – the cookie dough alone is super sweet. Cutting back on the sugar may be possible if you’re on a diet or just can’t tolerate large amounts of sugar. The pictures don’t do these brownies justice – but my son is begging for more!
This is a combination of 2 favorites – Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough & Brownies - and either can be enjoyed alone. The brownies are the cake-like type brownies – moist, springy and delicious. TheChocolate Chip Cookie Dough can easily be turned into cookies. The really great thing about these is they will last a long time. You’re doing good if you can manage to eat more than 1 of these babies! Enjoy.
