Zookies Diaper Cover Review & Giveaway!

A few months ago I won an adorable diaper cover from a work a home mom business named Zookies! When I won, I received an email from her telling me to send her a list of favorites and she would send me one based upon preferences.  Per her instruction, I hopped over to her site.

I immediately fell in love with the variety of patterns, colors, prints, and special little works of art that she offers. I couldn’t decide on just one or two, so I sent her a list of five or more, and waited to see which one she would send.  I am so glad she decided my prize for me because I would have been there all night.

Upon arrival I was amazed at the cute packaging.  It arrived all tied up in a bow.  The most neatly packaged diaper cover delivery I have ever received.  I didn’t want to open it, but I had to see it all!

Since I loved my cover so much, I asked if I could review them for her on Parent Palace too!  So far, these are Jagger’s Zookies:

How do they compare?

They wear very nicely; trim around the legs, and not to bulky. Even double-stuffed they wear well and don’t have a bulky look. Additionally, double-stuffed for overnight use has posed no complications or midnight surprises!

Snaps are our closure preference and I have not experienced any malfunctions to them. They are easy to snap and spaced appropriately.

Do not put this cover in the dryer!  Just like your other covers, they are not made for that type of abuse!

I have noticed a little wear around the edges from the abuse of the washing machine on our first cover. Because I want to preserve the look for my Zookies for as long as possible, I started washing covers and diapers separately. I found the heavy wash isn’t required for my covers.  Instead, I now do a short rinse on the covers, followed by a wash in the gentle cycle, and another short rinse.  My new Zookies cover hasn’t shown any signs of abuse with this new practice.
