Have Potty- Will Train! Jahgoo 3 in 1 Potty Trainer Review

You can’t begin to start potty training your little one until you purchase their first floor potty.  As the “big” potty can be terrifying to some which will result in an even further delay in your potty training experience.

With my oldest child, my mother-in-law had the “brilliant” idea to try and put my then nine month old on the “big” potty!  Needless to say, the poor kid refused to enter a bathroom until he was three!  I have since learned not to allow her to participate in any potty training of my children and to make sure I don’t scare my children by pushing them to “hop on” before they are ready!

My youngest little guy, loves the bathroom, a little too much I might say.  He would spend half of his day in there if he had the choice.  Everything from the shower to the potty, he loves it! (Typical man, haha)

We have been blessed to receive the Jahgoo 3  in 1 potty for our little guy’s floor potty!  This will be the only potty he will need until long after he has mastered “the big potty”!  How is that possible?… I did mention that it was a 3 in 1!

• First: This modern creation acts as a standard floor potty.  You have the stand, seat, and the main bowl (or reservoir as Jahgoo calls it). After your little one is finished, you dump the bowl and rinse as usual.  Nothing new about this, no crazy features, it isn’t going to talk to your child or sing lullabies. It serves it’s purpose, and it serves it well.

• Second:  Set the bowl aside and take the top off.  Now, take the seat and place it on top of the “big potty” and viola! You’ve just turned that floor potty into a child’s potty seat for him to enjoy the view from “the big potty!”

• Third: Flip the bottom of the floor potty over… and it’s a STEP STOOL!  Yay!  You needed one of those! Especially now that your little one is going to be using “the big potty”… but even better, you now have an extra stool for your little one to brush his/her teeth, wash hands, and so much more that he/she would otherwise be unable to do on their own!

Special Features:  (Yes, there is more!)

• First: The bowl has a built in curve upward in the front to protect your bathroom floor from your little boy’s flyaway without that fat tongue suppressor looking insert that other potties have for little boys. It is also trimmed with a rubber like material for maximum rear-end comfort.  (I asked my 6 year old to try it out and she said it didn’t hurt and it wasn’t uncomfortable. Shhhh, don’t tell her I told you!)

• Second: The seat comes in white, blue, green, or pink.  I received mine in white, not a “fun” color like the others, but versatile for any future children or bathroom color schemes.  The design of the seat itself reminds me of a miniature version of a modern luxury toilet so it is still beautiful with or without color. What I find the most interesting is that there is a little loop in the back of the seat to hang it on your bathroom or cabinet wall by a hook!  They thought of everything! (Just grab yourself a Command hook and hidden it goes until it is needed.)

• Third: The stool is sturdy enough to hold the weight of the average child or adult! This is a plus because you too can use it to get to those hard to reach places. My favorite feature: the top of the stool is adorned with a non-slip surface! What a relief for any water related activity (such as hand washing or teeth brushing).  This way there is no need to worry about them falling off if they accidentally spill a few drops of water on the stool while they are still standing on it!

Why I recommend this potty for your family: Because it is a multipurpose product. If you were to purchase three separate products to serve all of the purposes this one provides, you will have spent well over the costs associated with this one! Simply put, it saves you money, space, and it is an all-around great product (or should I say… three of them).
