Kidzies – Chic, Clever, Affordable – Review and Giveaway

I am ALWAYS looking for fun little items to set my kids apart from the crowd and keep us cute at the same time.  I can’t even tell you how many times I have found my 4 year old grabbing my old wallets and make-up bags to hide his coins and other trinkets in.  Well now he can have some all to himself!

Kidzies are cute and affordable and created by a mom.  It all started one day while the then mom and artist, Amanda, was putting an insulated cozie on her cup and realized that she never put one on her son’s cup.  Why wouldn’t she do the same to keep his drink cold.  So she did it and it became a standard practice.  Until, one day she forgot and her son’s response?  “Mama, I need my kidzie!” and a company was born.  While Kidzies started out making child friendly, original artwork, cozies that she calls Huggerz, they have quickly developed into so much more!

Amanda sent me a slough of great goodies to try out.

In addition to a really cute Huggerz for my little ones cups or water bottles, she also sent me a set of Handy Bands, Koin Keeper, ‘Lil Pea Protector, Tagzies, and two different sized Treasure bags.

They all have a super cute Alphabet print on them and are constructed of a padded foam fabric that feels incredibly durable and will for sure hold up to my kids.  My oldest two very quickly claimed the Handy Bands.

The Lil’ Pea Protector has been a great addition to my purse. It keeps my very wiggly little man from biting the top of the cart when we are at the grocery store.  While I love the idea of the Tagzies I haven’t really found a need for it in my life.  I have it attached to the top of my carrier.  While it does add a little bit of padding it doesn’t make a huge different.

I will say that I have gotten GREAT use out of the two bags that I was sent.  I have been using the smaller bag to wrangle all of the pens and pencils in the house into one bag.  They take up so much less space and I can actually find a pen when I need it!

The larger of the two bags have been great for sticking an extra diaper in when I have to make a quick trip to the store.  It has a little clip on the side and I can clip it right to my purse and run out the door.  The diaper stays nice and doesn’t get all wrinkled from being shoved into my purse.

All in all these are great items.  I love the simplicity and the ease of these products.  I don’t think that I would change a thing about cute products.
